The latest stage in Gibraltar’s development of its LNG power station occurred at night when the LNG carrier ‘Coral Methane’ rehearsed its berthing procedures at the new terminal at the end of the North Mole. This also provided an opportunity for staff to test the terminal’s special loading arm and its safety systems. Read more

The Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo, has reacted again to the further erroneous statement from the Leader of the Opposition, Mr Eliott Phillips on the issue of apprenticeships.
"It's remarkable that Mr Phillip's statements are so factually wrong. He fails to understand even the basics. Mr Phillips is paid over £40,000 a year by the taxpayer and the least he could do it get the facts right before adding his comments." Read more
