Luke Stagnetto, who is the only Gibraltarian contesting the European elections, will be present in Bristol tomorrow at the launch of the Liberal Democrat campaign for the South West of England and Gibraltar.
Mr Stagnetto, who left Gibraltar on Friday for this event, is currently completing a degree in politics and international relations at Bristol University. Read more

It seems the fast pace of construction works presently affecting most of Gibraltar knows no bounds and little consideration for living healthy trees, a whole row of them in fact, that got in the way of the plant digger during the late evening on Saturday or early morning Sunday when many people were not observing and a good time to uproot at least eight trees that were health living specimens of what greenery is all about and should be conserved.

The Chief Minister Fabian Picardo says he received a group, made up in large measure of individuals who were not members of the teaching profession, who had processed up Main Street to deliver an NASUWT letter to him.
The Chief Minister had returned to the office from a personal, family, engagement in order to receive the already public communication from the teachers. He was joined by Minister for Education, Hon Professor John Cortes. Read more

The GSD is reviewing the Private Sector Pensions Bill published just before May Day by the Government. It is evident that substantial changes have been made to the draft act in the Command Paper issued for consultation in 2018.
