Child cruelty claim requires official explanation

A Childline representative was interviewed on GBC recently and revealed that there are “many children and young people experiencing cruelty in Gibraltar.”


A declaration like this should have set alarm bells ringing across social services and the police, although it seems to have had little or no impact on society.
