Bye bye Margallo!

Former Foreign Minister of Spain Jose Manuel Garcia Margallo is not standing again for election to the European Parliament in June. Mr Margallo is no friend of Gibraltar and in his time in Brussels he continued his obsession with the Rock.

PROMINENCE
It was on his appointment to Spain’s Foreign Ministry that the then MEP came to prominence in relation to Gibraltar.
