EU and Spain set to meddle in tuna quota

The European Union, no doubt with the hand of Spain lurking in the shadows, has participated in an international discussion on catches of bluefin tuna in places like Gibraltar.

In addition to this, follow-up action is expected from the European Commission later this year.
