Albares seeks political backing for Gibraltar treaty

Speaking to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Spanish Parliament yesterday, Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares sought support from other political groups for a Gibraltar treaty. 

He was reporting on general foreign policy issues which unsurprisingly featured a proposed treaty for the Rock.
