Picardo speaks with Spanish Foreign Minister

Chief Minister Fabian Picardo says it was a pleasure to speak with the Spanish foreign minister Arancha Gonzalez Laya. They talked about how they are working together against the Coronavirus, keeping border fluidity whilst respecting the State of Emergency in Spain and the restrictions in Gibraltar.
