Latest accident on airport runway involving E-scooter highlights daily dangers!

Incredible, it appears that the Government and pertinent Authorities are sitting tight and waiting for a really serious or fatal traffic accident to occur before someone determinedly takes their finger-out and does something useful regarding the ‘Road Safety and Road Management’ of local roads including what decisions are going to be taken once and for all, regarding the regulation of micro-vehicles or more commonly known ‘E-Scooters’ which have vehicularly dangerously infested Gibraltar roads!!! 

Yesterday’s early morning traffic was disrupted with yet another potentially serious accident on the airport runway involving the rider of an e-scooter. This follows a similar serious accident just before Christmas between a motor cycle and a pedestrian that resulted in life the pedestrian with threatening permanent injuries. Near the accident scene yesterday as it happens!
