Record number of entries for 10th anniversary of song festival
It has grown from strength to strength from its beginnings in 2009, having become one of the most important festivals for upcoming artists to compete in. Twelve selected songs will participate in the festival competing for the coveted GISF trophy plus cash prizes.
This year’s invited artist will be an Argentine-Spanish female music artist who became successful after appearing on the TV contest Operación Triunfo. She is no other than Chenoa! The six platinum, 2 gold disc artist will be singing all her best hits plus some of her latest work since the launch of her single “A Mi Manera”. She will amaze our local audience with her energetic live show!
The Festival will take place on Saturday 12th October at the Tercentenary Hall, Victoria Stadium, commencing at 20.30hours (doors open at 19.30hrs.).
Tickets are already available from buytickets.gi at the following prices: Bronze £22.50; Silver £30.00 and Gold £38.50 (plus the usual booking fees).
