Supreme Court issue criminal calendar

The Supreme Court has issued its criminal calendar looking ahead to the end of the year.

As August sets in, there is a rape case of a child under 13. Another case is of someone charged with having an article with a blade or point in a public place. 

In a theft case, it is alleged that someone was in possession of an irregular or forged document.

Destroying or damaging property, including resisting or obstructing police, feature in another case.

There is a case of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and another of common assault.

Fraud by false representation, and two others of alleging posession of a contolled drug.

Another case concerns threats to kill and intimidating of a witness.

The criminal calendar ends with a rape case and sexual offences.
