Straits of Gibraltar Association draws interest

As part of their mission to create business, cultural, educational and touristic links with Morocco and after a well-attended (80+) first public meeting, held last Friday hosted by the International Institute for Sustainable Development in Tangier, a steering committee was announced and the creation of” Straits of Gibraltar Association” which will act as a twin association to the Gibraltar and Moroccan Business group locally. 

Straits of Gibraltar association add that they will now start to organise meetings with local authorities and business groups in Morocco and concentrate specifically on air and sea links to be established urgently as a means to link up Gibraltar with Morocco daily, as 'without air or sea links we have little to achieve so this will be our first and most important objective.'
