Pirate Day at the nursery

For the past 3 weeks, Nursery children at Notre Dame School have been learning about Pirates. The theme was used as an educational tool through which children were exposed to numerous pirate stories. 

They also created many themed crafts and conducted a series of experiments.

The topic ended with them enjoying a Pirate day at school where the children were able to use some of their crafts such as their pirate telescopes and Jolly Roger flags to enhance their pirate experience.
