Spain’s biggest failure on Gibraltar in 100 years, says PP

The Spanish PP party has demanded that Spanish foreign minister Borrell faces their parliament about his 'total failure' on Gibraltar, for not calling for joint sovereignty - it being the biggest fiasco of Spanish foreign policy in 100 years.
