GAMPA’S NEW PREMISES ARE UNVEILED
Minister Cortes took over the reins and made a brief statement highlighting the importance that GAMPA has in today’s community. John himself wanted to get into Performing Arts and he joked that he would have become the first Gibraltarian to win an Oscar which was met with a barrel of laughs.
For his part GAMPA Principal Christian Santos thanked both Ministers for allowing this to happen. “I always tell the kids that this is something that you envision as a child and in the end you make it a reality. We have over 350 kids and 22 members of staff and 7 to 8 kids who are in vocational training. We thrive as a community to develop the arts and this is something we definitely have developed and make even bigger in order to make their dreams a reality.”
