The first meeting of the Select Committee on Parliamentary Reform this week is expected to kick off a process which will transform Gibraltar’s political structure. Previous attempts under both GSD and GLSP/Liberal administrations, in that order, to move these issues forward both floundered, so it now remains to be seen how far and how quickly our elected representatives are prepared to go.
