UK Ambassador to Spain Hugh Elliott

The UK Ambassador to Spain Hugh Elliott has fueled speculation that a treaty on Gibraltar’s relationship with the EU may be round the corner.

Speaking in an interview with the Spanish online media El Espanol, Mr Elliott has said that “the agreement about Gibraltar will be finalised soon and will be historic.”
