There was no doubt either the Peers themselves were also well-prepared and prepared with questions, although some may have been somewhat repetitive as Chief Minster made the evidence gathering task of the committee quite easy coming at the back of an extremely busy 12 month period of intense negotiations which barring one or two issues that still require agreement between the sides has culminated what appears to be a positive conclusion where the UK-Gibraltar and Spanish negotiations are concerned.
